90s at 9 'Can't You Trip Like I Do' Was A Voicemail

If I had to put a comic book to music I think it would sound just like this.

"(Can't You) Trip Like I Do" was recorded by Filter & The Crystal Method for the movie adaptation of the Spawn comic book in 1997. It was also used in the theatrical trailer for the Matrix, but does not appear in the film or on the soundtrack.

It peaked at #29 on the Modern Rock Tracks.

The song was inspired by a voicemail left by a friend of Scott Kirkland's who was on ecstasy telling him "I wish you could trip like I do."
