WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -- A Weston man is accused of sexually assaulting an eight-year-old boy in early December.

Colton Bradberry, 18, appeared in Marathon County court this week to face charges of First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Under the age of 13, Intimidating a Victim, and Possession of THC.

Bradberry is accused of removing his pants and forcing the boy to touch his genitals after the two had watched a movie in a relative's home. He then pulled his pants back up quickly after hearing a relative moving upstairs and told the boy if he told anyone about the incident he would tell everyone that the boy was smoking.

Bradberry was also caught with marijuana when Everest Metro Police Officers came to his home to question him.

He was issued a signature bond and ordered to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 without the supervision of someone over the age of 25 and to maintain absolute sobriety from drugs and alcohol. Additionally, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

If convicted Bradberry faces more than 60 years in prison. He will return to Marathon County court on January 2nd for a Calendar Call.
