STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) -- A 'not guilty' plea has been entered on all counts by a man accused of causing a chain reaction crash on I-39 in mid-November.
Joshua Cisewski age 37, has entered a 'not guilty' plea to eight felonies and four misdemeanors for causing a chain reaction crash on I-39 near Stevens Point in mid-November. Some of the felonies include OWI causing injury, knowingly operating with a revoked license, and driving and operating a vehicle without consent. He also has multiple counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Cisewski caused the crash on November 16th after he flipped his vehicle on I-39. He was drunk at the time of the crash and fled the scene. His initial crash caused up to 20 others, snarling traffic on I-39 for hours.

At his preliminary hearing, Cisewski waived his right to a preliminary hearing. The court also determined that there is enough evidence to send Cisewski to trial. His cash bond of $20,000 is continued.
Cisewski will be back in court on January 28th for a pre-trial conference.
